MAD Money Rewards – Rules & Regulations

1. Program Overview

MAD Money Rewards is a loyalty program offered by MAD Salon & Spa. Members earn reward points on qualifying purchases and activities, which may be redeemed only through designated reward tiers. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these Rules & Regulations.

2. Enrollment & Membership Fee

Enrollment in MAD Money Rewards requires a one-time $10 sign-up fee.
Once enrolled, membership remains active unless terminated by MAD Salon & Spa.
Membership is non-transferable.

3. Earning Points

Members may earn points in the following ways:

Services & Retail Purchases
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying services purchases, calculated before gratuity.
Prebooking Bonus
Earn +15 bonus points when you prebook your next appointment at checkout.
Social Media Bonus
Earn +100 bonus points when you follow MAD Salon & Spa on Instagram and Facebook. Proof of follow must be shown at the time of request. Bonus may be awarded once per guest.
Double Points Events
Double Points may be offered during select promotional periods. These events will be announced via email, social media, or in-salon signage and are valid only during the stated timeframe.

4. Redemption & Tier System

Points may only be redeemed through the MAD Money Rewards tier system.
Tier rewards and point thresholds are predetermined by MAD Salon & Spa and may include services, retail, or designated perks.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, gratuity, or gift card purchases.
Tier rewards must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be split or partially redeemed.
Tier availability and reward options are subject to change.

5. Point Expiration

All points expire at the end of each calendar year (December 31).
Unused points do not roll over into the next year.
It is the guest’s responsibility to monitor and redeem points before expiration.

6. Restrictions & Limitations

Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Points may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
Points cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
MAD Salon & Spa reserves the right to revoke points or rewards in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraud.

7. Program Changes & Termination

MAD Salon & Spa reserves the right to:

Modify tier thresholds, earning rules, or reward offerings
Suspend or discontinue the MAD Money Rewards program at any time
Update these Rules & Regulations without prior notice

8. Final Authority

All decisions regarding point eligibility, tier placement, redemption approval, and interpretation of the MAD Money Rewards program are at the sole discretion of MAD Salon & Spa. Management decisions are final.
