How do I upgrade?
Upgrading is simple—Just Call or do in-store if you would like to upgade.
What benefits come with Premium?
Premium members get early access to features, exclusive promotions, and priority support whenever you need it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time without penalties after the initial three month period.
Are there discounts?
We occasionally offer discounts, promotional weeks and double points days —sign up for updates to stay informed.
How is billing handled?
Billing is automatic monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen plan, with easy management in your profile.

Automatic Billing
Membership fees are automatically charged each month to the payment method on file.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on your enrollment date.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships may be canceled at any time after the initial three-month commitment.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for membership fees already charged.
Membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Membership Commitment
All memberships require a minimum three (3) month commitment.
Memberships may not be canceled during the initial three-month enrollment period.
After the initial commitment has been fulfilled, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.






Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are available only while your membership is active and in good standing.
Benefits:
Are exclusive to the enrolled member.
Are non-transferable.
Have no cash value.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted unless specifically stated.
Automatic Billing
Membership fees are automatically charged each month to the payment method on file.
Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month based on your enrollment date.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.
Quarterly Rewards
Quarterly rewards become available after maintaining an active membership for three consecutive months.
Members may redeem one quarterly reward based on their membership level.
Unused quarterly rewards expire 90 days after becoming available.






Annual Loyalty Reward (MAD Obsessed)
Members enrolled in the MAD Obsessed Membership who maintain 12 consecutive months of active membership are eligible for one Annual Loyalty Reward.
Choose one:
30-Minute Elemental Nature Facial
MAD Signature Blowout
Annual rewards expire 90 days after issuance.
MAD Money Bonus Points
Monthly bonus points are automatically added to your MAD Money Rewards account while your membership remains active.
Points:
Have no cash value.
Are non-transferable.
Expire annually on December 31 unless otherwise announced.
Retail Discounts
Retail discounts apply to regular-priced Aveda retail products only.
Discounts cannot be combined with:
Clearance merchandise
Promotional pricing
Gift card purchases
Other percentage-off offers unless specifically stated.


Appointment Policy
Appointments are required for all services.
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may result in forfeiture of that membership benefit.
Membership Suspension
Membership benefits may be suspended if:
Payment is declined.
Membership becomes delinquent.
Program policies are abused.
Benefits resume once the account is brought current.
Membership Changes
Members may upgrade their membership at any time.
Downgrades become effective on the next billing cycle after the minimum three-month commitment has been completed.
Re-Enrollment Policy
If a membership is canceled and the member chooses to enroll again in the future:
A new three (3) month minimum commitment begins on the new enrollment date.
Previous membership tenure does not carry over.
Quarterly and annual reward eligibility restart based on the new enrollment date.
Program Changes
MAD Salon & Spa reserves the right to modify:
Membership pricing
Membership benefits
Program rules
Reward offerings
Reasonable advance notice will be provided whenever possible.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Membership
MAD Salon & Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund due to:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of the membership program
Repeated no-shows or excessive late cancellations
Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other guests
General Terms
Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared.
Rewards may not be redeemed for cash or account credit.
Membership discounts apply only to the active member.
Membership pricing and benefits are subject to change.
Enrollment in the program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions..
